Your experience with cross country skiing means you don&#039;t let fear stop you from pursuing what you love -- VERY cool and key to learning new things.  

I am so happy you enjoyed the post.  Yes -- the two-pronged approach and the first step IS key and where some don&#039;t stop to spend the time to figure it all out.  Making lists of WHAT made me happy and brought me joy was critical in my healing.  I was concentrating on how badly I felt and that always made me feel very out of balance with all parts of my life.
