Ahh Liara Gratitude was my very first healing tool and BOY did it work wonders quickly. In fact, it was seeing just what the mind could do when consciously pointed to gratitude that made me KNOW with other tools as well, I could completely heal myself. I still do pay gratitude several times a day in fact for all the wonderful gifts in my life, but I am working to be in that state of gratitude and NOW as close to 24/7 as possible! :-) Thank you. Always a pleasure to receive a comment from you.
Much love,
Jenny

To recognize how grateful you feel for existence is itself a prompt to attune differently to your life experiences. In passing, you may sense nothing out of the ordinary. Your views of normal and ordinary points of reference are changing all the time. As your awareness shifts, you become more self-accepting, more understanding and more interconnected with everything and everyone. It is not only a case ofnoticing what you did not notice so strongly before. It is a shift of deliberate intention to view things as they are.

Hi Kelly,

Ahh that chatter -- it DOES get pretty loud, doesn't it? It IS making the time to be quiet and listen and I know as a mom that seems impossible sometimes. We are on call 24/7. BUT even taking 10 minutes for ourselves can rejuvenate and make everything seem different. It is so important to listen first so you know which direction to go...

Thanks Kel, I really loved interviewing James and will be interviewing more people from the cast. Check out my latest post on Healing to see some of the other movies coming out soon... AMAZING and it is giving me so much hope to see all the inspiring and empowering films being made.

Lots of love,
Jenny

This interview series has been fascinating. I still haven't seen this movie and don't know anyone in my offline world who has, but I'll have to try and source it.

I like how James says, "Everybody is right in their own way — if everyone listens to what truly feels right for them and their resonance and follows their path then THAT is the right path." I really believe this, and I think the hard part is quietening the chatter so you can hear your instincts about the right path. That's something I'm still working on.
