Interview with Virginia Ellen

Posted by Jenny Mannion On March - 6 - 2009

virginia2It has been my pleasure recently to promote the life changing movie “What If?”. I have interviewed the director James Sinclair, which was illuminating and inspiring to say the least. I have also posted five clips from the movie, one of which includes my guest today. I am fortunate enough to be interviewing several cast members from the movie, “What If?” over the next few months. My first interview is with Virginia Ellen who was featured in Clip #4 as she spoke about the people of the Himalayas who have babies at 80, still work in the fields at 140 years old and live without diseases such as cancer. Virginia has an amazing story and her work has brought inspirational changes to many. I hope my readers make Virginia feel welcome and enjoy her incredible story.

Jenny: Hi Virginia. Thank you for taking time to speak with me. I would love if you could tell my readers what life changing experience brought your work to you?

Virginia: I had a near death experience in 1989 where I came face to face with my teacher, Jesus. During that experience Jesus gave me a life review. He showed me that I lived in a box and my box was rather small. I could never get out of this limited space that I lived in, and experienced life from. He showed me that I was really a prisoner of my own beliefs.

Throughout the life review Jesus would speak to me about and show me the other choices that I had at each crossroad. I didn’t realize that the other roads were even a possibility. Then I was shown what would have happened if I had taken another path, made another choice. I saw that my whole life would have been more fulfilling if I had taken a different path. This just was the most amazing experience; I was blown away by what I had missed out on.

This experience of seeing how amazingly different my life could be if I was just open to the unknown possibilities that life has to offer me was so exciting that I asked Jesus if I could go back. He said, yes, if you agree to change every concept of your life. I didn’t even ask, how would I do this, or if it would be hard or if it will take a really long time. I was ready to finally live. Once I agreed, I immediately was back in my body.

Jenny: Wow Virginia. In my studies I have heard of many near death and actually life after death experiences and they all have one common thread…. People come back knowing that they need to look at life differently, with complete love and show that path to others. I know some of the initial lessons you began to teach were through Sacred Heart Yoga, can you explain your work with Sacred heart Yoga for my readers?

Virginia: Each day after my return, information would come to me on how to proceed with this great journey of changing every concept of my life. I was given Scientific Formulas for Life, as well as The Lost Science of Prayer which is a mystical practice called Sacred Heart Yoga. Jesus proceeded to teach me how to enter the human body and find the energy, emotions and thoughts that were the cause of the disease, pain or disharmony in ones’ life. Then I was taught how to correct this imbalance and bring the body to a vibration of truth and love. Jesus calls this form of healing Sacred Heart Medicine, the medicine of love.

Jenny: I was so grateful you let me share in a Sacred Heart Yoga class. Yoga has been in and out of my life for many years now. I have never had a more profound experience with yoga than when I took your Sacred Heart Yoga Class. It was beautiful – thank you for having me participate. Yet, Sacred Heart Yoga is not all you do!

You teach many different modalities of healing and I would love it if you could tell my readers about what your work means to you and about your Feel and Grow Rich Course.

Virginia: What this all means to me is that the Divine is within us and has the intelligence to do anything through us. My work Activates The Sacred Seals which contains the Presence of the Indwelling God. Once activated, this Divine Intelligence begins to transform our limited thinking and emotions of victimization. As this Divine Intelligence purifies us, we become the frequency of love which affects the world. The message of my work is that we literally are Divine Creation and that this aspect of Divinity can and will heal the world through us.

Whenever there is a need I get the wisdom and the way. The economy with its present challenges created a need and I got answers. I have just created a course on Feel and Grow Rich. Recently I was given wisdom on the importance emotions play in every aspect of our lives, even money. Then I was shown how the unconscious mind was created and how to recreate it so one can have a rich, joyful and abundant life.

Jenny: Thank you Virginia for sharing and I know many of my readers can identify with the woes of the economy right now. Can you tell us even more about your Feel and Grow Rich Course?

feelandgrowrichVirginia: I created a CD Course call Feel and Grow Rich which is available on my website. This course is an education of the magic and importance that our emotions play in the Law of Attraction or Manifestation Process.

In the Feel and Grow Rich CD Course, I share amazing information from Jesus on how to reprogram the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind is not only filled with beliefs and memories, but it is filled with emotions from the past. This course changes one and participants suddenly open the flood gates to an abundant life.

Jenny: This course DEFINITELY interests me and I will be looking into it. You have SUCH an interesting story about how you were asked to be in “What If?”. Can you share with my readers how it happened?

Virginia: I was leading a retreat in Coeur d Alene, teaching the Spiritual Technology of the Fifth Sacred Seal which is the Sacred Seal of Deliverance, and we went for a hike in the mountains overlooking the lake. We did a Ceremony using this Spiritual Technology and I asked that my work be brought into the mainstream for all to have and learn the way of love that develops one to Become the Living Light. When we returned and as I opened my front door, the phone was ringing. I ran to get the phone and it was the producer of the What If movie that was just released. James didn’t tell me who he was, he just said that he had found my book Sacred Heart Yoga in a store and read a few pages. He felt the high frequency of the work and asked for a private session. I set an appointment for the private and after we were done, James told me that he was the producer of a new movie and asked if I would be interested in being in this movie. What I had asked for only moment earlier was indeed delivered to me easily and effortlessly. Or we could call it, a miracle, the Law of Attraction, or instant manifestation.

Jenny: THAT is amazing and boy do I LOVE hearing stories of instant manifestations! You also have a wonderful story about being interviewed for What If? – Can you share that with my readers as well?

Virginia: James told me that he would be asking me questions for about 2 hours. I did not have a clue what his questions would include. When I thought about this unknown state of having to have the right answers, I got a little nervous. I did realize that if I answered the question and said something that he thought was profound or he could use in the move, I would be accepted. There was no guarantee of really being in the movie.

Then I just surrendered having to even think about what I would say and just trusted my Indwelling Spirit to bring me the correct answer. I didn’t have to know because Spirit always knows everything. Through the practice of Sacred Heart Yoga, I had developed and activated the light within me and this light lives through me. Surrendering to Spirit was something that I am very familiar with and then trusting my Beloved Spirit to answer the questions asked.

A few times, James asked me questions that were out of my realm of expertise. In those moments, I would just say that is an interesting question and then wait a moment, and from inside the voice of Spirit would answer. I had a wonderful time and felt exhilarated as Spirit lived through me. It was fun and very fulfilling. James is a wonderful, bright light who is very kind and very easy to talk to.

Jenny: I also very much enjoyed speaking with James, thank you for sharing. When I began promoting “What If?” I featured a few promotional clips including the below Clip which I referenced before, can you tell me more about that clip?

Virginia: One of the gifts of Sacred Heart Yoga is that it activates the Presence of our Indwelling Light or Spirit and then Spirit begins to heal the mind and body. As the body clears from incorrect programming, the very cells get younger and healthier. The new cells hold a higher vibration of truth and this regenerates and rejuvenates you. I am experiencing this phenomenon of regeneration in my body now. The people I spoke of in the Himalayas hold a consciousness of life lived fully in their 70’s, 80’s and above. They don’t send black balloons at 40 and feel or think they are over the hill at 100.

Jenny: I felt rejuvenated after one session of Sacred Heart Yoga and can only imagine what more classes can do! It is a gift and you are a beautiful person to share that gift, and the others with the world. Thank you Virginia so much for your time, love and energy. It has been an absolute pleasure to talk and correspond with you. I am very grateful to have met you and look forward to taking some more of your courses. I hope my readers will take some time and visit your site and sign up for some of your wonderful classes.

GRATITUDE & LINKS

It has been a real honor to meet some of the cast members and the Director of “What If?“. These are leaders in healing, consciousness, the mind/body connection and spirituality. I want to thank James Sinclair for his support and introductions.

Thank you Virginia Ellen for your interview and kindness. I have met few people who exude love and kindness as you do and it was such an honor to talk with you and take a Sacred Heart Yoga class.

My next interview with a cast member of “What If?” will be posted in a few days and is with Vincent Daczynski whose work studying people with amazing abilities and Transcendental Meditation is inspiring to say the least. Thank you Vincent for the opportunity.

Thank you Lea from “Oceans of Perspectives” for your 2 awards. They mean a lot and came at a wonderful time. They are very deeply appreciated. I do not have the time right now to do the memes but did want to take the time to thank you.

Thank you Amy Jewell, From Cirkla. I am so excited to be interviewed by you on Sunday, March 22 on Blog Talk radio. It was a pleasure speaking with you and I know it will be wonderful to talk again.

Thank you Anita Pathik Law from “Power of Our Way” for your WONDERFUL abundance theta meditation. It was a truly beautiful experience and I was amazed at JUST how powerful it was. If anyone did not experience this I highly recommend signing up for the next one on March 9 or her other many glorious meditations and classes.

Thank you to Ray, my husband. This week I have been less than my usual self (OK mild understatement) and you have been so supportive and helpful. I am SO proud of you hon — on the board breaking, your test and on earning your Third Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. I loved being part of your celebration and learning about the traditions of partying afterward! :-)

angejennyThank you Angela for your love and friendship. I don’t know how I would get through “rough” times without you. Rain, snow or -10 degrees you come see me and I NEVER take that for granted or forget it. You are a true friend and BOY am I ready for another girl’s weekend away and for the Spring weather so we can resume our long walks.

Thank you to my family, friends, readers, fans, twitterers, etc…. without you I would not know the joy of sharing healing and mind/body information. I truly feel most of us can use healing and the more I learn — the more I am amazed at the simplicity, wonder and beauty of it all. I remain deeply touched by your emails and your support which allows me to continue sharing my passion with you.

Hi Jenny and Virginia – Thanks for an interesting interview. I hoped to watch What If? after Christmas but I’ve been ill for most of this year. It sounds like I really need to watch it :)

Virginia’s near death experience sounds amazing. I wonder if everyone gets the choice to come back and why some choose not to?

It is amazing that people live so long in the Himilayas and still have babies at 39.

The only thing that disappoints me about courses like Virginia’s is that although the content sounds amazing, they have to use the word “rich” in the title.

Napolean Hill’s book had rich in the title and it was nowhere near as tacky as it sounds. I guess the word tempts people to buy, but it does make others a little cynical about the motive of the writer.

Sorry – I meant still have babies in their 80’s. I was thinking about me having a baby at 39 and thinking I’m too old.

Cath Lawsons last blog post..You Can Make Money Writing About Shit

  3. Hi Cath,
I feel 39 is not at all too old to have a baby…. it’s all in how you feel and in ways many might be better equipped to have a baby at 39. If you have the love to give THAT is the essential ingredient in raising a child.

The word rich can be taken different ways. As you say, in Hill’s Think and Grow Rich it isn’t tacky… Rich can be (my favorite) as in RICH chocolate cake … mmmm…. or rich/wealthy in any aspect of your life — I am rich in friendships, love, health, spirituality, education, information and wellness. NOW onto the financial riches!

I’m 39 too Cath – 40 on Aug 17th. We can feel the best we have EVER felt and conquer and accomplish anything. 40 is the new 30 — haven’t you heard? ;-)

The more I study the richer I feel and I think the word “rich” is what has gotten the bad rap due to the greediness of a few. There should be no shame in being rich as long as you are living a life to be proud of and helping others.

Thanks Cath! GREAT to have you here. I am sorry to hear you have been sick and would be more than willing to help!
    Lotsa love!
    Jenny

    Jenny-

I am grateful for your love and friendship as well. It’s so funny how people come into our lives when we do not expect them. We are coming up on our 3 year anniversary March 17th. Go figure! I’ll never forget how you blew me away with your unassuming and real nature. And it wasn’t just the green beer! You are a truly inspiring being and I believe that my soul was in need of you at that time. I will always be here for you and I know you will do the same for me. I so look forward to many years navigating this life with you and your family.
    Love and xo-
    Ange

  5. Aww Ange — you made me teary! I always laugh when I think about when we met. I told Ray “I LOVE her – we are going to be GREAT friends” and I think he was confused between thinking it was the green beer or actually believing me because I don’t often say those things and was so adamant! Our long talks have meant the world to me and I too know we met each other at the perfect time. Your friendship helped me to heal and opened me up more spiritually as well. Two things I will always be forever grateful to you for – as well as MANY others! :-)

We love your family too.I am so grateful Elias is so sweet and such a good friend, not JUST to Alex but to Christina as well. I look forward to the many memories we will create and every moment we get to spend together!

    Love you, xo,
    Jenny

  6. Jenny, Another fascinating interview, and Sacred Heart Yoga does sound well-worth trying. I also personally like hearing about anyone who is expanding the teachings of Jesus beyond the traditional confines of churches, as I view him as an enlightened teacher like Buddha, etc., that anyone can learn from, and I like that there are other ‘doorways’ into a relationship with him nowadays (although I also know many people that do NOT like this, but that’s a separate issue.)

Per the comments on the word ‘rich’, I have to admit, I do have some issues with LOA teachings related to material gain, as in some cases I think it has fed greediness, but that is probably just a few, as you have said. Your own writings on the subject are always full of love and light, and that’s why I keep coming back.

Hope your week got better. You are a ‘lightworker’ and opposition gets the better of us all sometimes. My husband has put up with many rough weeks with me. We are lucky women:-)

Hiya jenny – hope you are feeling better. I am coming out of rather a long slump – my dental issue seems to be settling down – it flared up 2 days ago, and it was the last day of antibiotics (I NEVER take antibiotics!). I did a Journey process with it and it has settled down again – interesting. I have been feeling all along that there was something that needed to be dealt with, here (or a few things!) It started last October.

Great interview – and hi Virginia! Virginia – I’m so glad you have opened to all sorts of possibilities – it serves everyone so beautifully to do this! That’s a great story about how James asked you to be in the movie – I love stories like that.

  9. Hi Lisa,

I went to a Catholic school where Jesus’s work was taught by saying “memorize this”. It really wasn’t until I took religion in college and then began to study Eckhart Tolle a few years ago that I got a new deeper appreciation and love for Jesus’s work as a teacher and a healer. Virginia’s work is amazing and I thought you would be interested in the Sacred Heart Yoga! ;-)

Oh Lisa, I had so many money related limitations in my head… believe me “rich” didn’t sit easy at first. I have had material wealth and that did not make me “happy” alone and I know it is not the answer for everything. BUT having money gives you freedoms and the lack of stress that not having money can cause. I feel when you truly love what you do and are helping others — money can help you do even more. I have so many charities I am looking forward to giving more to and am very much a believer in “sharing the wealth”. There might always be those who because of their own fear of lack are greedy and want more than their share…. but I know there are many more that would share everything they have.

YES we are so fortunate to have loving spouses. Ray stood by me in my darkest hours through years of illness and pain so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised when he is there through 3 days of me being less than happy. ;-) Still, I am GRATEFUL and as I awaken more and more I AM TRYING to go easy on myself during those “dark” times and that is the hardest part for me. Having Ray point that out to me helps me gain perspective again and realize I am still sometimes battling that recovering perfectionist within… I even want to awaken perfectly ;-) — when I know I am human and so called “set backs” are to be examined and learned from not criticized profusely!

Thanks so much Lisa. I have listening to your interview on my list of MUSTS for this coming weekend and am VERY excited to do so! I am doing MUCH better and just knowing it will always get better is enough to pull me through and make me grateful even in the “darkest of times”.

    Much love,
    Jenny

  10. Hey Robin,

Thanks for the comment on the font — very helpful to know… and I think it works much better as well…. got a new font editor for wordpress so it is much easier to change things which is awesome!

I am feeling much better — wouldn’t say 100% because I am still analyzing the last few days and trying to figure out exactly WHAT happened and learn as much as I can from the experiences without beating myself up.

It was very interesting to me because this is the first time I felt real physical pain in 2 years and BOY did I not cope well! I thought “you know better Jen — where did this come from?” and when that train of thinking starts – oh boy….. I am physically back 100% but now there are still some emotional lessons to learn…. Being a healer does not mean I never will feel pain again…. I have been healthy with even a serious cold for 2 years now… and for that I am so so grateful ESPECIALLY considering I went from 6 years of chronic pain to this!

As I mentioned on your post it is an intention to go over Brandon Bays work in even more detail. Everything I have watched or read from her has resonated. I loved your post on your experience.

Virginia is amazing, isn’t she? I told Ray today that I felt like she had the presence of the peace of an Eckhart Tolle but exuding love and light as well…. a pretty amazing person through and through! I felt very fortunate to speak with her.

Thanks Robin for checking on me and for commenting! :-) GREATLY appreciated. I hope your tooth and everything else just continues to feel GREAT! :-)

    Hi Jenny,

Thank you for sharing this wonderful interview, and for such a warm introduction to Ms. Virginia Ellen.

My old skeptical self – would have looked at this and said – near death Jesus experience – somebody’s lost it. And I think the truth was that I was just not ready to believe this was possible, even though I did believe in Jesus. It’s been a journey to get to a point of seeing life through the lens of my soul. And being at there – I read this interview – and I do believe. I believe, because it is also my belief that there is just so much we don’t know. As much information as we have at our fingertips today – some of this still can’t explain why some things happen. So…I see it as there are mysteries in life. And these mysteries are marvelous and awesome. And we don’t have to have all the answers. Sometimes all we need an open mind and heart and soul. And amazing works can happen.

Jenny, you conduct these interviews so eloquently. It all feels so conversational – and it’s a style I really like and feel ‘at ease’ with.

Virginia, thank you for sharing your story with Jenny. This is a message so worth spreading. In a world of hurt, you are a source of light and love…

    As are you, Jenny…

    With much love and support,
    Lance

  13. Hi Evelyn,

Thank you so much for your kind words Evelyn! I am so happy you watched “What If?”. It is an amazing movie and I am so happy to be promoting it. The people involved in it are all amazing and so aligned with my beliefs. It is WONDERFUL to see the things we have been studying becoming more mainstream. It seems things are just getting faster and I am very inspired to see so many amazing films, books, studies and resources coming to light.

I love the video you made explaining Akashic Records — you are VERY talented! I would love to talk to you about your creation process. I have a LOT to learn! :-)

I loved my interviews with James, Virginia and Vince! I will post the one with Vince probably on Monday. They are all such unbelievable people and it has been an honor communicating with them.

Thanks so much for your support Evelyn. It is so greatly appreciated and as you know — I am a HUGE fan of yours! It is a lot of fun watching our journeys unfold! ;-)

    Lots of love,
    Jenny

  14. Hi Lance,

Yes, before 2 years ago if you told me I would be writing about Jesus and interviewing people such as Virginia and James I would have not believed you. ;-) It is amazing how when you begin to look at life from within and become more open what light can shine in and how many more things you can be exposed to.

Virginia is beautiful through and through — no other way to describe her — she IS love and it is a gorgeous experience to speak with her.

In saying “we don’t know it all” we are opening ourselves up to the mysteries of life. There is so much MORE out there and I am excited to learn every day. I know I will never have “all the answers” and that is a wonderful thing because it means I will always have that child-like wonder as new information comes to light.

Thanks Lance. I always love visits and comments from you. I hope you know you are a HUGE source of inspiration for me.

    Love,
    Jenny

  15. Hi Lisa

Thank you for your open heart and sharing your thoughts and feelings. I did want to comment on the word Rich.

It is interesting how we each have so much energy on words which come from our subconsious mind and programming.

For me Rich is living in the Queendom/Kingdom of joy, and the abundance of all of live. It is our birthright to be rich in joy, rich in health, rich in love as well as have the abundance we need to live and fulfill our destiny.

A rich full life is living in heaven on earth. The purpose of the course is to educate humanity and bring a understanding of how important our emotions are in attracting or manifesting what we need.

    Blessings
    Virginia Ellen

  16. Dearest Lance,

Thank you for your loving kindness. Being in the state of willingness opens doorways to a new life filled with wonder and grace.

May your life be filled with the grace and richness of the creators love for you.

    Virginia Ellen

  17. Beloved Robin,

So glad you enjoyed my story with James and the movie What If.

I live in a very mystical realm where all thing are possible. As I expand my mind and reprogram my unconscious mind I move into even greater states of oneness.

    Blessings,
    Virginia Ellen

  18. Dearest Kathy

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and reactions to the word rich.

First I would like to tell you that money is good, it vibrates at the frequency of joy and it brings so very much joy into our lives. We must feel and vibrate the frequency of joy in the very cells of our bodies and then we will be healthy, happy and have the money to live the joy in our hearts.

It amaze me how we were programed to think money or being rich is wrong. This keeps us from being health, happy and living a rich life.

Remember the saying Healthy, Wealthy and Wise. there is truth here.

    Blessings,
    Virginia Ellen

  19. Liara Covert says:

This “What If?” movie sounds as though it empowers viewers to redefine the life they lead as a natural stage in progrssive dreaming. That is to say, communicating with spirit is often done unconsciously , through prayer, and more subtle, private initiatives. At the same time, more people are openly acknowledging spiritual symbolism moves through many layers of consciousness. Human beings are evolving in droves from ignorance and indifference, through levels that are abstract, to explore the nature of emotion and deeper, experiential sides of one’s inner being. Each being is taking steps to stretch and touch other living beings in ways spiritual being continue to teach the living from the other side. Not only spirit are reaching the inner mind of the living. Each being finds a way.

  20. Hi Liara,
It is SUCH an exciting time to be alive isn’t it?! Yes, this movie helps in evolution and it is awe inspiring how many resources are doing just that. Some are choosing to concentrate on the ills of the world but this is such an exciting positive time for humanity. As more of these resources come to light more people can find their own path and what a beautiful thing that is! Your new post’s title intrigues me and I am heading there right now! :-)
    Lots of love,
    Jenny

  21. Cath Lawson says:

Hi Virginia – Thanks for that explanation. I don’t think that being “rich” is wrong. I don’t believe money alone can bring happiness either.

But it can certainly make a difference to someone who is poor. I guess, it’s far easier to achieve your dreams if you’re not worried about keeping a roof over your head, your health, or having enough food to eat.

I don’t think God wants us to be poor – I know the Bible seemed to take a dim view on folk who were careless with money. But I know it also says that a rich man can’t enter the Kingdom of Heaven, unless he gives up his material possessions.

Now I’m not sure if that means we have to give every cent away before we die. Like a lot of things in the Bible, I guess it’s open to interpretation.
