Heal Pain Naturally

Since healing myself over two years ago I just EXPECT health. The past week I have had my voice disappear, sporadic headaches and just general “yucky” feelings in and around my head and throat. I have only been to the doctor (besides yearly check-ups) maybe 2 times over the past two years and that is from someone who USED to be there there 2-3 times a week! So when I DO feel “a bit off” I know I need to analyze WHY this happened. I know our health is a culmination of MANY factors in our life and I want to share those with you as well as some of the lessons I as a healer have learned (AGAIN) over the last week being less than 100% healthy.

In honor of Earth Day I went back and revised and added to my post “Nature Heal You — 10 Ways to Enjoy It“. Nature has always been an important part of my life (even when growing up in NYC). Now I see it also as important in the life of my children and my coaching clients as well. After seeing “The Living Matrix” I was awake most of the night thinking about my new favorite movie.
