Hi Jenny!

As usual, your blog offers just a TON of amazing information. I also have not seen The Living Matrix, but I just added it to my must-see list and perhaps Eric and I will watch it this weekend.

I have often thought that animals are a good way for us to recognize how our thinking and ego get in our way of natural responses and natural abilities. They are not encumbered by the distractions of "I can't" or "what will the neighbors think"? It seems ludicrous to think so and yet, we often don't give them credit for their skills in the areas of doing only what is natural. When is the last time you saw an animal drink a can of Coke? They (wisely) wouldn't touch it with a ten-and-a-half foot pole and we would balk if they did because it would be such an UNnaturally healthy choice for them to make.

I am also adding Cyndi Dale's book to my list. This is the second or third time in a week that it has been referenced.

One more thing... looking through the list of commenters, I am just so impressed with the community that you have built here. I hope that I can be a more regular appearance and it is my intention to come out here more and post to be a part of this community. Thanks for bringing this to us and for sharing so much! It is a pleasure, as always.

Hi Katie,

I would love to hear about the distance healing you grew up around. :-) Other than prayers sent out in church I really did not know about anything about the concept of distance healing until 2 years ago. BOY am I glad I have been studying and learning!

Wow - I LOVE the way you approach life and living from that does causes heart coherence and you sending out that love to the world. Beautiful way to look at life and it affects all around you! :-)

Thanks so much for your comment Katie and I am heading over to check out your post. Not too much more important than laughter!

Thanks for your kind words and the bookmarking! GREATLY appreciated!

Love,
Jenny

jenny, Wow...thank you for such an in depth post around this kind of healing. I was raised in a practice that practices distance healing but is different than what you shared. I have bookmarked it as a great resource for when people are interested in this concept.
Approaching life as interconnected and my role in what energy I emit into the universe has had such a profound effect on my life and encourages me to observe my thoughts, energy and my ability to effect healing in the world.
I am so very grateful that you are putting this message out into the world as it is helping this shift in consciousness.
Peace and Laughter,
Katie

Hey Mike,

Thank you -- I am so happy you enjoyed the post. It is a topic I couldn't even imagine thinking about a few years back much less living it! :-) I am very grateful for the path I am on and know much more about healing and health is being discovered every day. Despite what some might say now I really feel it is such a wonderful and exciting time to be alive and am very grateful to share my experiences with distance healing and healing in general.

Always nice to hear from you Mike. Thank you!

Love,
Jenny

Hi Cath,
One of my favorite "distance healing" modalities and the first one I heard about is Ho'oponopono. So simple to do and in that lies it's beauty.... You say 5 sentences while things of someone you want to heal and FEEL them: 1) I love you 2) I am Sorry 3) Please forgive me 4) Thank you 5) What can I do to help you? Tr it for 5-10 minutes a day for someone in your life for a few days and see what happens. :-) It is also based on the fact we are all connected so we all play some part in what is happening with one another. I always say I will find my way back to this because the times I have used it "seeming miracles" always happened. You can also use it on yourself which I did when I was working on forgiveness of myself. Joe Vitale writes a lot about it and there are many very interesting studies...

I am sorry for your loss Cath but I do truly believe for some it is their time to move on and I wish you peace in dealing with this loss.
Lots of love, xo
