Heal Pain Naturally – Services Update – Act Now to Save on Services

Posted by Jenny Mannion On August - 29 - 2010

As a new school year begins in the US I have been busily figuring out my schedule and time allotment for when my children return and I return to work on a more full time basis.  I have kept the same rates for two years and will be raising them the first week of September.  I am working on several projects and will only be able to dedicate a certain number of hours weekly to seeing clients this fall.  If you contact me before this Friday, September 3, 2010, you can pay the discounted rate and schedule an appointment for any time in September. So if you have been debating a session or a gift for a loved one – this week is the time to schedule. :-)

Happy 3rd Anniversary Heal Pain Naturally

Posted by Jenny Mannion On August - 27 - 2010

So I don’t think forgetting your blog’s anniversary (August 1) is nearly the same as forgetting your wedding anniversary but I still felt badly about it! ;-) Is “forget” the correct word? I have been so caught up with life and living it this summer that it just did not fully make it to my consciousness – ok, so yeah I did forget! ;-) . In reflecting on the last three years writing for this blog I realize how many ways writing has been healing on so any levels. I had just physically healed and written my ebook on how I did so when I began this blog.  But as we all know healing is about more than the physical.  Writing Heal Pain Naturally

Being in the NOW to Heal and “The Bus Stop Dance”

Posted by Jenny Mannion On April - 22 - 2010

Phot By: Manuel RotenbergHave you ever caught yourself in a routine that is not healthy either physically, emotionally or mentally and asked yourself “WHY, AM I DOING THIS?”?  I was away last weekend in NYC and it is funny how some of the habits come back the instant I am there.  Luckily this past weekend I DID catch myself and spent my time more wisely than I have done in the past.  By becoming conscious there are more and more moments where YOU get to choose ultimately HOW you want to act instead of being on automatic pilot and wow is it ALWAYS SO WORTH IT!

I was born in Brooklyn and at age 6 moved to Manhattan where I lived (except for college) until I was 28 years old. I am in upstate, NY

Talking Books TV – An Interview on Healing

Posted by Jenny Mannion On April - 8 - 2010

For the last three years the incredible Corinne Edwards and Michelle Vandepas have been a source of endless inspiration to me.  I am incredibly honored to have been interviewed by Corinne and to be a part of their Talking Books TV website and author promotion. I would love to tell you a little about each woman, their Talking Books TV website and show you my interview.  Talking about my ebook has gotten me even more excited to finish my book, “How to Heal by Awakening into Consciousness” to move forward in the Next Top Spiritual Author Competition.  It is my pleasure to present these two women and their work to you.

Help Me Win The Next Top Spiritual Author Contest

Posted by Jenny Mannion On March - 29 - 2010

I am happy to announce I have entered the incredible competition being run by James Twyman and Robert Evans for “The Next Top Spiritual Author“. It has been a longgg time coming that I wrote a book and this was JUST the motivation I needed to pull it all together. :-) I have had so much fun writing for the last two and a half years on this blog and have learned so much in the process. I have loved researching and learning about healing, consciousness and spirituality and it is an honor to be pulling it all together for my book. I am passionate about these topics and it is a joy to tell you about my book “How to Heal

Don’t Give Up — Surrender Instead to Heal and Move Forward

Posted by Jenny Mannion On November - 5 - 2009

ray jen halloweenI broke down into tears this week as I was in Savasana after my yoga dance class.  Deep waves of gratitude filled me as I remembered that 4 years ago the doctors agreed I WOULD be in a wheelchair and I was advised that I should not be taking yoga dance.  I had given up hope of dancing regularly ever again.  Instead, I have not only healed myself of all the dis-eases but 4 years later I am almost 3 years healed and I am healthier than I remember EVER being.  I joined a belly dance troupe recently (at 40 years of age) and enjoy yoga dance class every week.  I had all but given up on myself but it was in surrendering that the resources to heal came into my life. There is

A Healing Exercise

Posted by Jenny Mannion On October - 12 - 2009

I was feeling pretty out of sorts recently and was wondering HOW I was going to find the answers I was seeking and feel better quickly. I decided a walk with my MP3 player was a good place to start.  I set my IPod to Shuffle and set my intention and prayer to the Universe — Please show me by the songs what I need to do.  I was pleasantly surprised when the first song came on and was exactly what I needed to hear.  I did it with other questions that have been popping up in my life and answer after answer came – in the form of lyrics in songs – some I had never heard but were B-tracks off of CD’s I had uploaded.  The walk in nature and the answers

The Love List Project – It is Healing to Say What You Love and WHY

Posted by Jenny Mannion On October - 2 - 2009

rainbowsAs people who know me are aware, I LOVE “LOVE”.  I was extremely touched when I heard about “The Love List Project”. The premise is simple; think and share what you love and WHY. The WHY adds another dimension and this project had me thinking a LOT this week.  In saying WHY you love something you not only connect with that person/thing more deeply but you also shine light on your inner self.   It is healing to concentrate on  what you love in your life and why. This project inspired me so much that I wrote a poem about SOME of the things/people I love and why.  Thanks to my friend Lance, from Jungle of Life for sharing this wonderful idea by Kristin Tennant.  If people took the
