In this final clip I am presenting from the life-changing movie “What if?” Virginia Ellen talks about people living in the Himalayans having babies at 80 and living until 140 years old who also never encounter diseases such as cancer. We have gotten so far removed from “natural living”. With all the processed food in various packages and chemicals in just about everything we come into contact with daily. Is this shift we are all experiencing one that will bring us back to the “simpler things in life”? Amazing with as far as technology has come how disconnected we have become in so many ways. With more “diseases” now than ever maybe it is time to start looking at the chemicals brought into our own and our families bodies every day. This clip from “What If?” surely makes you think.

“What If?” talks about JUST how powerful we are as humans over our lives and our futures. In Clip #3 “What IF?“explains that stories from thousands of years ago, including ones from the Bible document people living for hundreds of years. I feel there are things we can do to live a much longer life and it is good to see this addressed. Clip 3 features Dr. Kenneth L. Cavanaugh and I am happy to introduce the next clip as well as tell you a little about Dr. Cavanaugh’s background.

There are key things we have forgotten that can keep us healthy and living longer. With all the distractions today I find it is easy to become “unconscious”. On Sunday I posted the first clip from the transformational movie “What If?“. Today I will post Clip 2 and also talk about Dr. Joe Dispenza who is featured in it. This movie will show you JUST how powerful we ALL are. The only limits we have are the limits we have learned and impose on ourselves. Our brains are powerful processors and in it are “recordings” and “programs” that we learned up to age six and have been running ever since. It is in consciousness and CHANGING those programs that you can truly change your life and reality.
