Conceptis Puzzles — New Site — Great look — Amazing Puzzles

It is no secret that Conceptis Puzzles is my favorite puzzle site. I have written a review of the previously designed site, a post on my Healing Blog, “Can Puzzles & Games Heal?“and the great people behind Conceptis were even nice enough to make one of their wonderful Pic-a-Pix Puzzles of my children. I have been looking forward to their launch of the new design and it does not disappoint! The new design offers an even easier way to find JUST the puzzle you are in the mood for whether it be to print it out or play online, an easy way to go to forums and talk with others who enjoy puzzles, a really nice shop to find great gifts and just a fun and relaxed feel in general.

For those of you who have not added the Stumble Upon application and toolbar I HIGHLY recommend it. I come across wonderful sites through it and the following is one of them. They can still play games, make a playable creature “Zelf”, and earn points but they will not be able to use their points to buy things to fix up their house. The difference in Zookazoo from Club Penguin is this is a site with a mission for the environment, animals and education. Check out the preview video:

Let’s get the pricing out of the way…. If you explore and decide this is something that would be good for your kids it is $5.95/month, $29.95 for 6 months or $57.95 for 12 months. I think this is pretty much identical to the pricing for Club Penguin. It has the same features…

In honor of Mother’s Day coming up I thought I would write about a few of my favorite games to play with my children, some of my all time favorite games as well as some of my mom’s favorite games. I’ll break them down into categories and will be referencing some games that I have mentioned before.

What PC Games I LOVE to Play with my Kids

With my 5 year old daughter I LOVE the HUMONGOUS Games like Fredi Fish, Putt Putt and Pajama Sam. I wrote a list of my favorite genre (adventure games) to play with kids and here is a clip from that post:

—- Putt Putt is for kids ages 3-6 and is a car traveling with his dog sidekick. My favorites are Putt Putt Saves the Zoo and Putt Putt Joins The Circus. Although some of the others are easier for…
