Healing — The Unlimited Possibilities - Energy Healer, Intuitive Coach, Author & Educator, Jenny Mannion

The longer I study healing the more I realize how little we all know about the infinite possibilities in this world. I read Time Magazine’s recent edition and article, “How Faith Can Heal”. I continue to read authors and teachers like Gregg Braden, Dr. Bruce Lipton and Dr. Sha who all talk about healing as I had never even contemplated before. I have seen movies like “What If?”, “You Can Heal Your Life?” and am aware of all the new movies set to come out that SHOW how powerful WE ALL ARE. I experience Reconnective Healing firsthand as a practitioner — the healings that have occurred as I have had sessions both in person and long distance have honestly left me overwhelmed in gratitude, filled with love and with my head spinning as it tries to wrap itself around what just occurred. You see, when I was ill the word “healing” NEVER was mentioned and now THANKFULLY it is EVERYWHERE I look and the possibilities for HOW healing can occur are endless.

The purpose of my blog is to present as many resources as possible so people can CHOOSE what modality and teacher(s) resonates with them. I gotta admit I am having a hard time keeping up with it all! šŸ™‚ THAT is a problem I am happy to have now because it seems like every time I look there are more resources and more modalities and more SCIENTIFIC studies PROVING more methods of healing. Most of these show JUST how powerful our emotions and beliefs are. So today my post will be a little different than the regular ones. I want to share where I am on my healing journey. I also want to share some of the resources I have found in the last 6 months or so that have each contributed to my way of looking at life and healing. I LIVE healing and information on healing 24/7 and sometimes feel disconnected from where everyone else is on this. Especially lately when I literally get hundreds of emails daily sharing new modalities, healing information, endless resources and my favorite, “miracles”. Please leave comments and let me know if you have resources to share, if you agree/disagree on what I have accepted as fact in my healing journey, where you are in all of this and suggestions of what you would like to see me write more about.

What does healing mean to me? What new things have I learned? What have I accepted as fact?

I have accepted that healing in almost all cases is possible whether it be physical or emotional ailment.

I have accepted that energy and information medicine is going to combine with conventional medicine (it already is) to create a much more comprehensive medical system.

I have accepted that my emotions (NO, it is NOT just thoughts – it IS emotions) CREATE my reality.

I have accepted that there is MUCH more than we see in this dimension and we are beginning to figure out how to use this information to aide in healing.

I have accepted that while previous to 2 years ago I was never deeply religious, belief in oneself and the power of our own Godliness or Divinity can lead us to a life beautiful beyond words and with all our wildest dreams fulfilled.

I have accepted that my life will include prayer and meditation every day because to NOT do that now feels un-natural. I feel so connected and at peace when I do pray, meditate and pay gratitude that I cannot imagine being without it.

I have accepted we are so much more than our bodies. Whether it be our soul, inner self or any other word you would like to use. Accessing THAT part of us greatly aides in healing and in knowing and accessing much more than we ever thought possible.

I have accepted that Love is the answer and to FEEL love truly and deeply can create miracles.

I have accepted I am a perpetual student of healing and that I will be living my life in a state of wonder, gratitude and amazement as each new healing study, modality and resource that brings light and information and awakens more people.

I have accepted EACH one of us is capable of ANYTHING. Only WE limit our own power.

I have accepted when I am truly present and have successfully caged my monkey mind (and given it a banana to keep it occupied) šŸ˜‰ — everything radiates love and beauty.

I have accepted I will help others however I can and to serve out of my highest divinity to be the best person I can be and to bring my gifts to as many people as possible.

I have accepted that not everyone is ready right now to look within or to receive messages on how to heal themselves and that is okay. I was not ready for 6 years and I healed myself at the perfect time for my own journey and others will do the same.

I have accepted the term “healer” for myself but also know that we are all healers and it is going within and connecting to God/The Divine/Source that enables us to be self healing and to aide in healing others.

I have accepted “miracles” are not necessarily “miracles”. šŸ™‚ They happen EVERY day and will only become more prevalent.

Whew — that’s some list, huh? šŸ˜‰ I know there is much more but want to be sure to also include some resources that I mentioned earlier that shed light on some of the lessons I have learned.

Time Magazine, “How Faith Can Heal, The Biology of Belief

Gregg Braden: Lea from “Ocean of Perspectives” posted one of my favorite Gregg Braden videos from you tube this week on her blog. In it he talks about how in China a woman whose tumor was “inoperable in the West” was dissolved in 3 minutes there. He also talks about the power of emotions, “The Field” and so much more in this 9 minute video. He is one of my favorite teachers currently and my husband and I have enjoyed listening to “The Gregg Braden Audio Collection“. Thank you Lea for reminding me of this wonderful video — I know MANY would benefit from watching it. Gregg Braden is an amazing person and I feel many will resonate with his work because he came from a very scientific background and set out to discover and study healing modalities from all over the world. Gregg Braden was also written about for the Heroes of Healing Group Writing Project by Sharon Eiffel.

Dr. Bruce Lipton: Whether you see him in “What If?“. “The Living Matrix” or “The Compass” it is obvious Dr. Lipton’s work is highly regarding in the melding of mind/body/spirit medicine. His book Biology of Belief is monumental and you can watch numerous videos of his on you tube. In the second part of my interview with James Sinclair, director of “What If?” James talked about Dr. Lipton’s beginning and how he actually became a scientist to get away from spirituality and instead wound up realizing in his studies how closely related they really are. Dr. Lipton’s website offers many more resources.

Dr. Zhi Gang Sha: I just read “Power of the Soul” (A #1 NY Times Best Seller”) by Dr. Sha who is a doctor of Eastern and Western medicine, a Master in Qi Gong and other martial arts and is a student of Dr. Guo. Dr. Sha is known as one of the greatest healers in the US and his work IS miracles. He believes we can send the soul messages and receive “soul downloads” to change the soul in each of our body parts. His book has prayers/chants to say and his movie with Dr. Guo “Soul Masters” shows just SOME of what is possible in healing. The main message of his latest book is “Heal the Soul first, then healing of the mind and body will follow”. His book shows many years of study and vast knowledge. His website offers a vast amount of free materials and a look deeper into his work.

I attended Catholic school from 2-6th grades but felt they didn’t teach me the meaning and how to connect with Christianity but rather had me read from and memorize the Bible. I love that Gregg Braden talks about the lost art of prayer and have really enjoyed reading about Jesus Christ, the most renowned of all healers in a new light. There are MANY people I enjoy reading that talk about Jesus Christ and his teachings and here are a few:

Eckhart Tolle — Was my re-introduction to the life and work of Jesus Christ. The way Mr. Tolle interprets some of Jesus’s teachings and re-reading many quotes caused many “A-Ha” moments for myself. Tolle’s web course with Oprah on his book, “A New Earth” was also very eye-opening.

Movies:

Wow — there are so many inspiring movies out now and coming out about healing and our own power! There is my post Inspirational Movies that can Change Your Life from last March, which includes, “You Can Heal Your Life“, “The Shift“, “The Opus Movie” and “The Secret” and there are these as well:

What If?” — I have posted 4 clips on this amazing movie and also interviewed the Director, James Sinclair. In the coming months I will also be interviewing other cast members from the film. This movie opens up the possibilities in all of us and shows WHAT is possible if we just entertain the possibility by asking “What If? and delve deeper into our true selves. From people who have not eaten in years to fire-walkers and profound healings — this movie shows ANYTHING is possible.

The Compass” — With cast members such as Dr. Lipton, T. Harv Eker, John Assaraf, Les Brown, Dr. John DeMartini, Joe Vitale, Marie Diamond, Brian Tracy and more it is easy to see how this would be an inspirational film! The summary of the film is “The Compass is about YOU. It’s about discovering what moves you, what inspires you, what mark you will make on the world, and gives you guidance to go from where you are to where you want to be.” Click to see the trailer and find out more about The Compass.

The Living Matrix — A New Film on the Science of Healing” — Not even released yet but featuring such wonderful names as Dr. Lipton, Dr. Eric Pearl and Dr. Lynn Mc Taggart, Peter Fraser and more — this movie looks UNBELIEVABLE and I am VERY excited for it to be released. Go to the site to check out the trailer.

Soul Masters — Dr. Guo and Dr. Sha — Two renowned healers and their miraculous voluminous work are featured in this film. You can buy the DVD here from amazon or visit the Movie’s site to see the trailer and watch online. A synopsis of the movie from the site is; “In China, it is said that Dr. Guo can cure the incurable. When his representative in the West, Dr. Sha, heals her ailing father, an American filmmaker follows his return to China to visit his mentor. At Dr. Guo’s clinic, she captures first-ever footage of breakthrough medical practices involving herbal medicine, fire massage and self-healing techniques. Dr. Sha returns to the States and his teachings spread across North America and Europe. Expanding on Dr. Guo’s work, he teaches people the revolutionary discovery that binds these two Soul Masters: everything has a soul, and the soul can heal. ”

Reconnective Healing

I have not written much about Reconnective Healing on here even though it is very much a part of my life. I wrote about becoming a practitioner, Dr. Eric Pearl as one of my Heroes of Healing, and would like to take this opportunity to post a testimonial that I will put on my testimonials page. I have consciously chosen not to bombard people with my experiences because as I said, I don’t feel there is ONE modality for everyone and my blog is about presenting MANY different modalities. Still, I have witnessed miracles physical and emotional take place from my sessions long distance and in person. NO two Reconnective Healing sessions are the same for me or for the person in session. The only common thread I have found is the feeling of love and peace people (and I) feel. Also, most describe it as feeling that deep relaxation just as when you are just about to fall asleep or that half awake state in the morning – NOT in a trance, VERY cognizant of what is happening but VERY relaxed — you can always open your eyes and sit up. You do not know what you will experience and can hear, feel, see, smell and sense things that you wouldn’t “normally” experience. You can also have many different physical sensations with the most common being; Rapid Eye Movement, excess saliva resulting in more swallowing and a slowing down of breath. Other reactions include body parts moving, gurgling of the stomach (happens to me almost every time), laughing, crying, tingling, warmth, cold and oh so many more. Because of my studies in spirituality and in “there is something more out there” over the last year or so I have been introduced to and become friends with quite a few gifted psychics, healers and spiritual teachers. The following is a testimonial from Anna Conlan who is a psychic, healer and a beautiful person through and through. Because she is a psychic and tuned into a lot more than the average person – her experience was different than many others might experience. Thank you Anna for sharing this with me and my readers — I am very grateful and happy you had such a beautiful experience.

A couple of weeks ago, I had a Reconnective Healing session with Jenny. We arranged a session swap with one another. I was really keen to experience this kind of healing because it appeared to be unlike anything else I’ve experienced before.

On the day of the healing session, I spoke with Jenny on the phone, and I was excited but did not know what to expect. She told me to lie down for around 40 minutes, during which time she’d be doing the distance healing on her end, and then said she’d ring me back when 40 minutes had passed.

As soon as I lay down, I began to feel relaxed and nurtured – I loved that I had 40 minutes all to myself just to lie down and be. However, soon I sensed a loving presence all around me. My stomach began to gurgle furiously, my knees were moving a little of their own accord and I wanted to stay conscious so I could observe all the interesting things happening, but I soon noticed I was ‘going under’ – slipping into something very similar to a hypnotic state.

In this state, I noticed a spirit guide hovering around me, doing healing work. I was told to breathe deeply three times by the guide and I did. I had had flu about a week prior to the healing session and had a cough left over from this. I noticed that after the healing session, my cough eased off and my chest was less sore.

While I was in that state, it was as if I was processing and releasing fears and emotional negativity with someone’s assistance. I remember feeling certain fears related to my relationships and present situation and I was shown comforting images. I am not sure if I was being shown images of the future, but I have felt reassured about certain worrying situations since then. I also heard clairaudient messages about negative events from my past and this was very comforting. It was as if I was allowed to close the door on certain past events during the session, although I am not sure how this happened.

As a healer, it was very interesting for me to observe what was happening. I felt as if I had to ‘do’ something in order to heal, as I’m not used to being on the receiving end of the process, but all I needed to do was relax and just allow the healing to happen. It was also interesting in that this kind of healing appears to involve Jenny’s angels and guides, because I perceived them. But she told me afterwards that she doesn’t work with them consciously, which was interesting. I could have picked up on the presence on these guides because I had just done Jenny’s reading and I was open in that regard.

All in all, it was a fascinating, comforting and very nurturing experience. I highly recommend it if you’re feeling like you need some TLC or emotional healing. The beauty with this kind of healing is that you never know what kind of healing you’re going to get – in my case it was emotional mainly but also a bit of physical healing. But because of the open-ended aspect of this session, it’s easier to get exactly what you need to heal, nurture yourself or rejuvenate.

As you can see, my healing journey is a wild and beautiful ride! My physical self was the first to heal and to do that I did have to address emotional issues and subconscious beliefs. I healed myself using the system I adopted which I STILL refer to — to ensure I am conscious, “The Paging Me System“. In 2008 I knew I had to address spirituality and get even more in touch with my inner self and soul. I absolutely LOVE helping people recognize their own power. I love that I am a catalyst, healer and mentor but it is the person themselves that does the healing by connecting to their inner self, divinity and by doing inner work. There is nothing that brings me more pleasure or beauty than a person that is empowering themselves, looking within and awakening to their own potential and divinity.

There are so many wonderful teachers, resources and healing modalities available now. I truly feel there is something for anyone that is ready to heal a part or all of their life. I am taking my healing journey one step at a time and boy is it beautiful to see the changes that are now habits in my life. I never could have imagined feeling this good on the inside and out. I hope my resources are interesting and useful to you and as always I welcome comments, questions and even more resources. šŸ™‚

Jenny, wonderful post as always. I love that you always say that different modalities work for different people, and you are open to all of them, as I think this is so important. And although I haven’t had a healing session with you, I know that every time I connect with your blog or exchange an email with you, I feel such a beautiful and peaceful energy from you.

You said to mention additional resources, so I wanted to add one I recently came across, which is a book called The Subtle Body: An Encyclopedia of Your Energetic Anatomy by Cyndi Dale. This is an AMAZING new book by one of the leading researchers and writers on chakras and energy bodies. She has compiled the ‘energy anatomies’ put forth by all the major energy healing traditions (Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, reiki, Hindu and Tibetan chakra systems, and even Kabbalah). She also talks about the research of ALOT of the scientists you have on your resource list above. It is written for healers, which I am not, but I still love it as a reference.

And just in case anyone reading this is wondering at this point, no I don’t know the author! I just think she has put together an incredible resource here, that any energetic healer should own.

    Hi Lisa,

Wow – that books sounds AMAZING — it sounds like something I would LOVE. Thanks for sharing — it reminds me of “Anatomy of the Spirit” by Caroline Myss which is one of my favorite books. It helped tremendously with medical intuition and even inspired me to write a few poems – NEVER a bad thing! šŸ™‚ Any similar book sounds so fascinating — I’m in!

Thank you for your kind words Lisa. I have loved working with you. I noticed you are being interviewed by Amy Jewell of Cirkla for Blog Talk Radio and that is AWESOME! I will be sure to listen!

Thank you Lisa for your continued friendship, support, book recommendation and for the important work you do. It is GREATLY appreciated!

    Love,
    Jenny

Hey Jenny, it’s wonderful that you’ve come to accept many things that come with being a healer. The idea as a healer is an interesting one for myself because I appear to have innate abilities but have not explored them. Still, I am so glad that you have come into power yourself. You’re amazing!! I wish you all the best in your journey ahead!

We live in a world that is increasingly becoming aware of the powers beyond the conscious faculties of the human spirit. This is a good thing because it means that more people will be empowered to tap into powerful forces that have lain dormant within the inner core of the human being for millenia.

I’m amazed, Jenny by your tenacious devotion to inspire us all with your insight, research, discoveries, and experiences on this tremendous subject of healing. It is obvious that a lot of time and work has gone into this current post which is so rich and inspiring.

As one who also experienced supernatural healing when orthodox medical expertise gave me little hope, I believe that your work is timely and relevant.

Thanks Jenny for a beautiful post about healing – I love the way you talk about here being many different approaches to healing.

I totally agree with you – that we are very capable of healing ourselves of absolutely anything.

    Hi WD,

Ok – now you have got my curious about 2 things — we have to talk soon! šŸ™‚ I have really loved your work and am so happy we have met. The internet is a wonderful thing — where else could a Nigerian Preacher and a woman living in upstate, NY connect and talk spirituality and religion? šŸ˜‰

This work is so relevant right now. We are living in such an exciting time and we will witness the world change and evolve in so many wonderful ways. The old ways are not working. I saw an ad the other day (I barely watch TV and when I do I make sure it is a taped program because I cannot STAND seeing ads like this) where they were advertising a new anti-depressant but instead of saying “ask you doctor because this one is better/different” they said ask your doctor if you need this drug TOO added to your anti-depressant regimen. I honestly thought I heard it wrong and rewound (nice that we can do that now) to make SURE I heard it correctly… yes, they were saying not to stop and replace a medication but to add ANOTHER one. Of course the list of side effects afterward was horrendous…. This way of thinking cannot go on and I am so pleased to see energy and information medicine as well as REAL HEALING becoming more common place.

Thanks WD — I appreciate you taking the time to write such a thoughtful comment and for all you do. Your work empowering women and children is beautiful and so very important!

    Love,
    Jenny

    Hi Evelyn,

Thank you so much and I have to admit I am not too surprised you have noticed your innate healing abilities. šŸ™‚ Since you are always coming across new modalities I am sure you will find something that jumps out at you. You already practice EFT and your connection through Akashic Readings is another way which you already are a healer. When I SAW the book The Reconnection I KNEW it was something I would connect with and participate in. It was a prefect next step for me in my spiritual development and for me to prove to myself first hand that there is so much more than I ever imagined.

Me claiming my power felt like a long road and there are STILL some places I know there is lots of work to be done! šŸ™‚ It helps when you have healed parts of your life because in doing that you prove to yourself it is possible. I know the others will come along and it is a matter of where I am putting my attention and intention.

I do love my journey and I have greatly enjoyed listening to yours as well. I look forward to seeing how BOTH of ours unfold further!
Thanks for reading and for taking the time to comment Evelyn. LOVED your last post on your daughter’s experience at school.

    Lots of Love,
    Jenny

    Hi Mike F,

Thank you! Yep, subscribe to my blog and all your answers to life will be given — what a tagline THAT would be! I don’t think I would want that responsibility though! šŸ˜‰ I do try and provide something for almost everyone as I know even though we are all connected we are all individual as well. We each have our own gifts, likes, dislikes and that is what makes all of this so interesting.

Thank you for your support, kindness and comments. I have been visiting your blog even more frequently as I have gone the last 2 weeks with no meat and you offer so many great tips on eating veggies — it’s helped A LOT!

Thank you Mike! Glad you liked it and happy you can take the time to read it – 22 credits MUST be INSANE! The most I ever took in a semester is 17 and I thought THAT was nuts! But — I know you can do it and I am sure you are learning such great stuff which helps!

I really appreciate your friendship and support Mike!

  12. Jenny Mannion

    Hey Robin,

Yeah the emails are a bit overwhelming at times. I’ve tried to take the Tim Ferris (4 Hour Workweek) approach and read only 2 times a day but need to implement that again. What I do is to make sure email notifications are turned off and when I am writing a post or doing something that requires full attention — ensure I do not get interrupted (well as much as I can but if the kids are around all bets are usually off). šŸ˜‰ The tough part is I LOVE the contact with others and am a healing information junkie. It excites and inspires me to read about all the new stuff going on!

There are so many vastly different approaches to healing and I feel if you do not agree with one — it is not the one for you. We all KNOW when something makes us stop and say “A-HA”. It is in THAT moment that our intuition has perked up and given us a signal — “This is IT” – we can choose to follow that path and if it is the right time I hope most people would. Sometimes though it is easier to go back to old habits and to NOT take that next leap of faith and dedication to healing. When the time is right — we all get those nudges in the right direction and if we are conscious and listening they will come in LOUD and clear and we will follow.

So happy you enjoyed the post Robin. It has been such a pleasure getting to know you and sharing thoughts/beliefs. I find you veyr inspirational as well. Your creativity is so evident and beautiful.

    Lots of love,
    Jenny

    Hey Suzie,

Ohhh – I want to hear what your friend thinks of the training! After reading his book I have done a lot more research on Dr. Sha and have been pretty amazed at what I have found. His work is a totally new way of looking at things in some ways and then in others it almost ties things together…. still trying to digest it all. His book did move me though and cause me to look at things very differently and for that I am very grateful. What I have learned in my healing journey is I cannot put everything into a nice neat little box as I have tried to do all my life…. healing is so vast and there are still going to be many unknowns as I move forward…. accepting that has caused some “work” on my part.

I am so happy you liked the post and it is funny to see some of the things people have told me I was good at come together. I have always been a resource gatherer. The power of the internet is amazing to me and I consider it almost a challenge to gain as much knowledge as possible. šŸ™‚ I have always been an avid reader so this is also perfect. With a psychology degree and being the one friends ran to for advice and having healed myself – this honestly seems like the perfect path for me. I am so very grateful to have found MANY things I enjoy doing. Being ill for so many years and then regaining my health gave me a new strength and energy.

Thanks Suzie, for your gratitude and you know you inspire me too. I need to start setting some Big Hairy Audacious Goals myself and also have the confidence to post them publicly as you have!

    Lots of love and hugs,
    Jenny

That Jenny is a POWERFUL statement and exactly where I am right now in my life. In dealing with someone close to me who believes that for him traditional medicine is the only way to go. When you are able to allow another to follow their path and let that decision not change your views or where you feel like you have to put your views on THEM is true allowing of the situation. Thanks for reminding me of that.

    Hi Coryelle,

I am so happy you resonated with that comment and that was one of the most difficult more me to accept. It wasn’t until I looked back at my own journey that I truly did understand it. I was ill and had MANY diagnoses during 6 years. I BECAME my dis-eases and they WERE who I was. THAT thinking along with my doctors taking test after test and repeatedly telling me how sick I was and would stay – did not allow for me to think of health. I remember being in a forum for one of my diseases and someone saying they healed themselves about 4 years into my illness and actually feeling ANGRY that they could even say such a thing because the doctors told me it was impossible to get better. I felt the person must be conning or somehow “not have really had the disease”. It was NOT in my realm of possibilities that I could feel better – so I stayed sick.

When I finally allowed myself to be on pain killers they helped me get through the day and made me realize how I would feel if I was healthy and for THAT I am thankful. Being in chronic pain for years it was freeing to realize what being pain free felt like. I think in a way they allowed me to entertain the idea of no pain so when I did see the movie The Secret I KNEW how good it would be if I felt like that ALL THE TIME without pills.

Those years I was sick were very hard for me to forgive myself for but looking back, there was really nothing to forgive. I lived my life the best I knew how from where I was at THAT moment. Being ill for so long gave me the passion I have for helping others with healing which I might not have discovered or realize how deep it lay if I had not been ill FOR THAT LONG.

We must all walk our own path and have our own journey and the learning experiences that come with it along the way. That being said, is it wrong to not introduce people to new material and information you come up with about natural healing? I don’t think so as long as it is done with respect and not repeatedly if a person says they are not interested. You might come across something that you feel is the EXACT right way to approach them or a teacher you feel they would REALLY resonate with and then I feel it is appropriate. But people can get very resentful if they feel they are being forced to consider something that is not aligned with where they are.

The long response shows you – you touched on a very deep issue that I went through as well. I think that is one of the reasons I also resonated with the movie, “What If?” so much — the director has a very non confrontational approach and even said, “if this resonates with you it and want to explore it fine”, if not – that is okay too.

Thanks Coryelle for sharing and taking the time to leave a comment! Greatly appreciated.

    Love,
    Jenny

    Hi Jenny,

I love how both your honesty and your enthusiasm shine through on this post. While prayer has been a part of my life for some time, meditation is something new I’ve been trying. I do find that it is very much comforting for my soul. I think prayer can do that too – maybe it’s just the fact that I’m starting to more be “in tune” with myself – this all feels very connecting to me. Connecting in that my inner world is more connected to my outer world. It is freeing, really.

Jenny, the other thing I always find here is love. Your words are laced in it – and it makes for words that leave your site and enter directly into my heart. It is a gift you have, making ordinary words become so much more. And that is a healing gift you leave the world here!

    Hi Lance,

Thank you, as always, for your kind words. I feel love when I write and I am so happy you feel it shine through. Slade’s automatic writing class helped me tap into this even more and I am soon going to be writing a review of that. I have always done my best writing quickly and from deep within… when my brain gets involved too much it definitely gets in the way and I over think. Nice to use the brain to put in links, go over grammar and look for errors but the rest is strictly from the heart! My most precious poems to me are the ones I wrote in about 10 minutes… šŸ™‚

I find meditation and praying similar in how they make me feel. Very calm, at peace, loved and loving, connected from the core. While we have had our kids say prayers since birth for loved ones and I went to Catholic school… I feel the last 2 years have given me a totally different outlook on prayer. Gregg Braden is magnificent in describing how other cultures pray and how it is the emotion behind the prayer not just repeating the words that matters. Same thing I found with affirmations. Words and thoughts are the first steps but the emotions behind them really have the power. I’d love to hear what you think of the Gregg Braden video I referenced if you have time to look at it…

I loved the poem you posted today. A very important one! Thanks so much Lance for your inspiration and your support. GREATLY appreciated!

To be honest when I first saw the post, I was blown away by its length, but then I started reading it and your passion for the subject of healing drew me in, and when I finished I was looking for more. I have a great deal of resources to look into now. I loved the Biology of Belief from Lipton, and read Tolle, but that is where my knowledge ends. Thank you for a great post, and for showing us your passion!

    Hi Jay,

So sweet of you and I am happy you stuck with it despite it’s length! Yeah, it IS my passion and boy when I get going… watch out! šŸ˜‰

Lipton and Tolle are both AMAZING and have contributed a lot to where I am right now. I’d recommend the Braden video first — QUITE amazing – then of course you have all the movies to check out afterward… you’ll be busy! šŸ˜‰

Thanks Jay! I greatly appreciate your support.Your dream series is EXCELLENT – I am having fun with it and am excited to see where it takes me.

    Love, Jenny
