Inspirational Transformational TV – Healing, Stirring and Life Changing

Akashic Records, Akashic Records Expert, Consciousness, Empowerment, Healing, Inspirational, Personal Development, Self-love

When I was contacted by Amy Whitney, who is the mastermind creator of the amazing Inspirational Transformational TV (a You Tube Channel) I was honored she thought my story was worthy of being included on her wonderful site.  I watched the first few video interviews which made me only want to watch more. They immediately filled me with joy and inspiration as I learned about what people had overcome to be where they are now.  Talking with Amy beforehand to arrange her (over four hour) trip to visit with me was lovely but I did not have a full grasp on what an incredible person I was about to meet. We all have overcome adversities in our life and hearing about other’s transformations and what they have triumphed over does inspire us to be all we can be.  It is my pleasure to talk to you more about Inspirational Transformational TV.

Here is a short bio on Amy:

Amy Whitney is the creator and presenter on Inspirational Transformational TV Show.  For several years Amy, a qualified Naturopath,  worked in Management positions in the Education Sector of the Australian Natural Therapies Industry.  Amy is passionate about connecting and communicating with others by connecting on a heart level and lifting those with inspirational or transformational stories into the light.  Each community that Amy lives in she becomes known as ‘Walking Girl‘ as she endeavors to tread lightly and live a sustainable, holistic life of love.  Amy currently lives in bliss with her husband and daughter in Niagara Falls, Canada.

Amy arrived with her husband and daughter and immediately I was struck by how conscious and beautiful the whole family was.  They were present, considerate and just exuded love for each other and the world as a whole.  Talking with Amy about my experience was like speaking with a dear life-long friend.  My cat, Scudder even chimed in as he rubbed against her leg.  I was taken by Amy’s presence and knew she was someone I would be staying in touch with. Here is Part 1 of my interview with Amy Whitney:

When Amy told me she was willing to travel she asked if I had anyone else in the area that would be interesting to interview who was inspirational and had undergone a transformation.  I immediately thought of my good friend, Amy Park  who overcame severe childhood abuse to become a Nurse, NLP Practitioner, Licensed Hypnotherapist, PhD candidate and an incredible person all around.  Amy’s interview with Amy Park is beautiful and inspirational. Please see part One here:

Amy Park then told Amy Whitney about Dr. Anthony Cicoria in our area.  Dr. Cicoria was struck by lightening, had a NDE (Near Death Experience) and afterward began receiving “musical downloads”. His story is nothing short of astounding. I wrote a 3 part series on Life After Death, Past Lives and Life Between Lives because I am so fascinated with this topic.  Oliver Sacks wrote about Dr. Cicoria in his book, “Musicophilia: Tales of Music and the Brain“. Here is Part One of Amy Whitney’s interview with Dr. Tony Cicoria:

I feel so very blessed and grateful to have met and been interviewed by Amy.  She is an example of how I want to live my life; centered, living so obviously from love and living her passion. The fact that she interviewed two inspirational and transformational people in my community is so beautiful and such an affirmation of why I am where I am.  I am surrounded by amazing people.

When we watch stories like these, we too begin to feel inspired.  Something inside us is stirred and we KNOW that if others have overcome such adversity maybe we can too.  On Amy’s site Inspirational Transformational TV you will find MANY uplifting stories that can awaken you to know the extent of human potential.  None of us have had our lives as picture perfect as we might have wished for.  That is what makes it the human experience.  We need to learn from our “hardships” and realize that only WE can make our life end there. We need to “Appreciate EVERY Moment Not JUST the Good Ones” and to continue this journey in a forward motion.  We are all evolving and learning and the most powerful thing to realize is that we all are in control of our own destiny.  We can decide something has been too horrible in our life to move on – or we can decide THE REASON we went through it IS the reason to move on.  To prove we can.  To prove we are resilient. To show others it can be done and they can do it too.

We all have had pain in our life.  We all have had joy.  When we get stuck because of something we have encountered we are CHOOSING to live in pain instead of moving forward into joy.  Sometimes we need help. There are so many brilliant resources online to help us.  Inspirational Transformational TV is one of them!  Inspire Me Today features an inspirational person each day. Reach out to someone and ask for help if you need to. We are all connected and we owe it to our souls to evolve and continue this magical journey on Earth. Every single one of us has such beautiful gifts to offer this world.  By healing and moving forward you can deliver those gifts and keep unraveling the mysteries and excitement life on this planet brings.

Thank you Amy for coming to visit me.  Thank you for interviewing me, Amy Park and Dr. Tony Cicoria.  Thank you for shining light in my home with your beautiful family.  Thank you for the important work you are doing to offer Inspirational Transformational TV to the world in this time when we are overwhelmed by “bad news”. It was such a gift to speak with you and it is such a pleasure to share your work with my readers.

Please comment and let me know what you think of these interviews and this wonderful site.  Also please visit Amy’s site, Inspirational Transformational TV for an abundance of inspiration.

What a wonderful gift to view this. Your story really is SO inspirational. And just hearing more about this, I’m touched again by YOU, and where you have taken yourself in these last few years.

And…gratitude…what a beautiful thing to focus on. (that…and the mind/body connection…so good to hear).

And it’s wonderful to meet Amy (both of them!!) and Tony! There is just so much goodness in all of this writing (and viewing).

    …we all are connected…

Much love to you, dear friend…

      Hi Lance,

Thank you SO much for your kind words. The Amy’s are certainly beautiful people. I feel very blessed to have met both of them. Amy Park Ridgway and I have worked together and have been friends instantly upon meeting. We have helped each other tremendously and both are committed to helping in our community and beyond. She is also the one that introduced Tony to me and after meeting him in person I only had one word to sum him up, “wonderful”. 🙂 And then to have Amy Whitney and her beautiful family in my home really left me feeling happy for days. I really believe in her message and see where that inspiration to help and shine light for others comes from – deep within her heart that is so obviously wide open when you speak with her. 🙂

These ARE blessed days Lance. I am deeply grateful for our friendship and that we get to see the world evolve and unfold before us during these changing times. I know many see the “bad” but I see all the good people are doing and the waking up of humanity and wow is it beautiful! 🙂

Learning about the mind/body connection is what saved me and my life as I knew it. Gratitude was a big part of that. I remember how difficult it seemed to be grateful when the pain was so bad and the prognosis so grim. There are ALWAYS things to be grateful for and turning our attention to that no matter how “hopeless” things can look on the outside – heals on many levels.

I am so excited to meet you and your family in person Lance and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your love and support and for all the love you shine out to the world.

      Much Love, xo

  6. Amy Whitney

      Hi Amy,

Thank you sooo much for traveling to see me and for the visit with your lovely family. It really touched me and I look forward to when we can get both families together. Thank you for sharing this idea with the world – it is so very important especially in these “uncertain” times to have inspiration out there. People need to know there are other options than just giving up and giving in. We all are so very powerful and it is because of shows like yours that more people will be awakening into that power.

Much love and big hugs, xo

    Hi Jenny

Oh what a treat! So many videos, so many amazing stories, so much inspiration!

I LOVED your video interview! My God, every time I hear it, I think what a miracle you are. I am SO happy for you, and it is so good to see you so happy, healthy and vibrant today, being of service to others. You are truly so awesome!

And my goodness, how much I resonate with what Amy Park Ridgway says about pain and suffering. Yes, it is like I finally heard someone else say what I have been feeling so much. It is not about fearing the dark – we are pure light, just because we forget it sometimes does not mean we stopped being who we are deep within. Secondly, I too may come across as “colder” because I do not cringe or dramatize when I see “pain” or “suffering” – I truly believe there is perfection in all, and we can shower gratitude on the pain to heal it.

This was an awesome series. I have to head over to YouTube to check out the rest of the videos.

Thank you Jenny and thank you Amy for the amazing work!

  9. Jenny Mannion

    Hi Evita,

Thank you SO much for watching my video and Amy’s. 🙂 She is a dear friend and we talk about a lot of this stuff and I do agree – we ARE PURE LIGHT. I don’t dawdle too much in the darkness because I feel that attracts more of it. I try to find the good in it and move on. Going over and over what is bad or wrong doesn’t help to better things. Watching the news and also hearing doctors tell me how sick I was every week definitely kept me IN that space. I choose to live in the light and to shine it as much as I can.

Thanks so much for all your kind words Evita. Every day is SUCH a blessing! I think you would also enjoy Tony’s video – he’s an amazing man and I am very grateful he has also become a friend.

Much love and big hugs, xoxo

  10. Uzma

Beautiful thank u. I am helping my brother recover from head injuries and i know, we move on, only because we make the choice to, because their is strength is us that needs to be drawn. To heal our souls and helps others realize it is possible, no matter what doctors say. This whole experience has made me want to move more into the healing process. I have to figure out how though. God bless u with every health and happiness
