Practicing self-care is something you do, not only for yourself, but for those around you that love you. “Self care is giving the world what’s best of you instead of what’s left of you.” – Katie Reed
I’m sure you’ve heard this several times before and that doesn’t make it any less true. Having an ongoing self-care routine is essential for sustaining our happiness, peace and wellness.
You have one body this time around and it is very important HOW you treat your vessel. Self-care is NOT optional yet so many people feel it’s last on their list of things to do.
Self-care means looking at patterns in eating, sleeping, exercising, regulating stress and the little extras you give your body such as massage or a bath.
I’m sure in your mind you KNOW that when you are in a routine of taking care of yourself, that increase in energy and focus is undeniable. If and when you’ve fallen out of that routine – it can feel like you are literally dragging your body around.
You deserve to have your body feel as healthy as possible and that can be done gradually with intentional self-talk and self-love, and self-care. Tender Loving Care to feel self-worth and this means Self-Talk (Mind), Self-Love (Spirit) and Self-Care (Body)…. what I like to refer to as the new Self-TLC.
But embracing the daily practices that allow you live and sustain a life of true bliss goes far beyond just that.
If there’s one thing you know about me since I’ve written my book, A Short Path to Change: 30 Ways to Transform Your Life, it’s that I’ve been passionate about sharing simple tools and exercises that guide and support you in creating more bliss, peace and wellness in your life.
I’ve worked with hundreds of people in my practice one on one and seen many profound individual changes. But all along I’ve known that if I could bring everything I’ve learned throughout my decade of studying, practicing and mastering these tools into one easy to access place – THAT would be a game-changer for SO many more people!
Well, I’m thrilled to say I have found that way and over the last 6-8 months, I’ve been putting everything I have into creating an online course that will get you into alignment and flow with sustaining YOUR blissful life.
You cannot create a life of bliss if your Self-TLC is not in alignment. Changing our energy in these areas is of utmost importance and affirms you DO care about yourself and you DO deserve it.
The “Embracing Bliss: How to Invite and Sustain Bliss In Your Daily Life” is an easy to follow online course. I’ve created an acronym for BLISS which is: B for Breath, L for Love, I for Intentions, S for Soul and S for Self-worth. I’ve recorded over 60 videos and over 25 interactive exercises on these topics. Students will also receive access to a private Facebook community where myself and other leaders and group members will gather to offer additional, ongoing support including a monthly live Q&A call with me!
I’m beyond excited to share this with you and I’m offering the 1st two lessons to you to preview for FREE!
